Salvation Army Housing (SAH) was created to undertake the community housing activities previously operated in different states and territories. Its valuable mission is to assist individuals experiencing social disadvantage, and to establish and maintain safe, affordable, secure tenancies through the management of a range of high quality housing options.


As part of a small team, the Compliance, Policy & Process Manager will report to the CEO and be responsible for timely and accurate reporting to federal and state community housing regulators, and support housing managers in difference states to achieve these outcomes by providing policy guidelines, coordination and information.


For this important support role you will need relevant experience in the areas of compliance and monitoring performance against key areas, with a focus on continuous improvement. You should be a collaborative person with good analytical skills to collect, organise and apply information, and have a strong service-user focus. Knowledge of the housing sector will be highly valued.
